Shutter Speed
For my fifth image, I used a higher shutter speed of 1/250 to freeze the action. I used a low ISO and and automatic white balance. I froze the action of someone jumping off of a bench. I stood far from the action and stayed low to the ground, pointing the camera upwards, to make the jump look higher than it actually was. I think the light, rule of thirds, and color strengthen the image aesthetically.
For my third image, I used a lower shutter speed of 1/8 to blur the action. I used a high ISO and automatic white balance

Painting with Light
My fifth photo uses light to create the image of an angel. I used a shutter speed of 12 seconds, and used my phone's flashlight to create the image. To make the drawing, I moved the light in triangular shapes, multiple times to create the wings, and moved it in circles to create a halo. I think that this image creates a sense of interest and serenity for the viewer.
Aperture
My fourth image of ropes represents a shallow depth of field. To create this image, I used an f-stop of 4.0 and an ISO of 12800.
My third image, also of ropes, represents a large depth of field. To create this image, I used an f-stop of 20 and an ISO of 12800.
I think that my fourth image is better because I think the focus is more interesting. I think one would want to use a shallow depth of field to focus on a particular subject, and one would want to use a large depth of field if there wasn't a particular subject to focus on, just a scene.
